We are pentecostal in our personal faith but we are not overtly "in your face" with our pentecostal beliefs. We understand that many of the people that we minister to do not understand or practice that form of worship (What we believe). There is no greater command then to love. All employees must be able to work as a team and according to Romans 16:17 and Titus 3:10, must not cause dissension and difficulties and divisions in opposition to the doctrine of this organization.

The Apple Sauce Kids website went online on January 1, 1997 and is now part of Ask Ministries, Inc. operating out of Camden, Delaware, U.S.A. Ask Ministries is a tax exempt non-profit company that is just now starting to find facilities and staff. God has called us to produce and provide this archive of youth ministry materials. We are God's way of answering the prayers of His people for free or at least cheap youth ministry materials. What we do is not about us, it is all about Him who sent us, Jesus. We operate totally by faith and will eventually have a total staff of 7-8 people. We believe in and operate in the Gifts of the Spirit, and the leading of God to direct us in the things that we need to do.
As a crew member your God inspired ideas for new materials will be very important. You will have an equal opportunity to present your ideas for new materials to the staff. If your ideas are accepted you will be in charge of supervising and forming teams with other staffers to produce those materials. Materials can be in almost any format from coloring pages to full video productions (7-8 total crew). This level of responsibility requires that all employees be mature well established and professional Christ centered believers. Employees must understand and work well with other people who are also producing their own projects. All materials will be the property of Ask Ministries and many will be released to the Public Domain while others will be sold at as reasonable a price as possible.
Because of the small staff size every staff member is expected to work easily with other people and perform jobs that are outside of their normal job skills. Most productions will be completely performed produced and edited by the Ask Ministry staff. All staff members should consider themselves to be performers and stage crew members in addition to performing their normal skill (singer/musician, video production staff and videographers, web site builders, etc.). In general we expect the staff to get together about one day a week to produce team based audio and video productions, while the rest of the week you will spend on task related to your normal skill and teams. All interviews will require a demonstration of your skills. All applicants must be fluent in the reading writing and speaking of English.
Please attach a good quality picture of yourself and a sample of your skills. All attachments must be in one of these formats: Word, HTML, jpeg, tiff, CD, DVD, .wav, or MP3 file. Submissions may be by either E-mail or ground mail. Ask Ministries takes your privacy very seriously and will only share your information with people who absolutely need to have it. We do not spam or help anyone who does spam.

It is important to tell us about any additional skills learned from hobbies and other activities. Please rate yourself as a beginner, very skilled or expert: youth leader, teacher, actor, actress, puppeteer, photographer, videographer, video editor, artist, singer, musician, song writer, production set builder/supervisor, web page builder and any languages you know.

General requirements for all employees:
- A born again Christian who is led by the Spirit and committed to ministry and living a Christian life style.
- A person who is very skilled in their profession and has a real desire to work in youth ministry in new and innovative ways.
- Works well in groups, friendly, a self-starter.
- A person who is willing to perform all of the duties of a crewmember and support all aspects of Ask Ministry and its' out reaches. This means that from time to time you may operate a video camera, do lighting, or other duties. You may be a puppeteer or other type of performer and you may direct and produce your own production ideas. You may build sets and sweep floors. Whatever is needed to produce the materials. We will provide training in the duties that are outside of your normal skill.
